New Orleans

I admit, i never been in New orleans. Dying to be there. and i know that someday it will happen.
Couple of month ago i saw the amazing movie "CHEF" with Jon Favreau.
I recommend to all of you that love to cook, to watch that movie.
so after watching the movie for the 30th time i needed to make some creole cajun food.
Jambalaya, Po' boy sandwich and gumbo - my version, without sea food.
