Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, honey and soya
1 packet (500 g) spaghetti
2 purple onions, sliced in circles
15 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
80 ml honey
2 Tb soya sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fill a large, deep pot half-filled with water, bring to the boil and add the spaghetti with a little salt.
In a large saucepan, fry the onion in a little oil for 5 minutes, add the cherry tomatoes, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the honey and soya and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and transfer it to the saucepan with the tomatoes.
Cook together for another 5 minutes, and serve after garnishing with basil leaves.
