HELLO OCTOBER :-) How long I waited for you.

Autumn is my favorite season, the falling leaves, the cold air, so pleasant that I feel like hanging out all day outside and sniffing the wet mud. I do not understand how they have not yet made perfume with the autumnal smell.I have prepared a lot of autumn recipes and I will prepare more for the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, especially for the cool weather, I wanted to make whole wheat pancakes and spelt flour with pieces of persimmon and caramel sauce and hazelnuts.

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup persimmon pieces

preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except the pieces of persimmon.
Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
Add the persimmon pieces and stir.
Heat a non-stick pan and with a ladle pour (a full ladle) into the pan. Fry each side for 1 minute.
