5 Minutes Chocolate Whiskey Mousse
For Impressive dessert that takes really couple of minutes, I recommend making this lovely Chocolate mousse. you can add whiskey to make the desserts even more special.
5 MINUTES CHOCOLATE WHISKEY MOUSSE
200 gram dark chocolate
40 gram butter
250ml whipping cream
2 tbsp whiskey
2 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Chop the chocolate and place it in a saucepan, over low heat. Stir often until everything is melted.Let cool to room temperature .
Whip the cream with the sugar to soft peaks. Pour the chocolate into the cream and mix slowely until you getting a soft mousse texture.
Divide the mixture into small molds (i used in round mold) and put in the middle of each mold a piece of chocolate or bonbons that you like.
refrigerate the mousse for 5 hours minimum.
Before serving sprinkle cocoa powder.
